Return policy
This policy covers physical goods sold by the studio to customers in Australia. Coaching fees follow the written agreement sent before payment.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within fourteen days of delivery unless Australian consumer law requires a longer window for a major failure.
How to start a return
Email info@vorgalinthak.world with your order reference and reason for the return. We reply with the current postal address and any restocking notes that apply.
Shipping costs
Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, outbound return postage is paid by the customer. Keep tracking numbers until the package is logged at the studio.
Refunds
After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days when applicable. Banking timelines may add additional days before funds appear.
Digital goods
Downloadable companions are generally non-refundable once access codes are delivered, except where statute mandates otherwise.
